Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, in order to maintain a smooth and efficient service for all clients, we have a cancellation policy in place.

1. Cancellation Notice
We kindly ask that you provide at least [48 hours] notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to other clients who may be waiting.

2. Late Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment with less than [48 hours] notice, a cancellation fee of [50%] of the scheduled service price will apply. This is to cover the time reserved exclusively for your service.

3. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged.

4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least [48 hours] in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, but availability is subject to our schedule.

5. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies may arise, and if you need to cancel at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case on an individual basis and offer flexibility where we can.

6. Refunds for Cancellations
Refunds are not provided for cancellations made after services have been rendered. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy for more details.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

We are committed to providing every client with high-quality, bespoke hair solutions tailored to your individual needs. During your consultation, we will guide you through the product, fitting process, maintenance, and any adjustments that may be necessary to ensure the best fit and look for you.

1. Customization of Hair Systems, Extensions, and Colour
• Hair systems, extensions, and colour services are bespoke products, designed specifically to your requirements, including size, style, colour, and desired outcome.
• We will work with you to understand your preferences and ensure the best possible fit, style, and colour.

2. Post-Fitting Adjustments and Colour Corrections
• As hair systems, extensions, and colour are custom-designed, minor adjustments may be needed following the initial fitting or colouring service to ensure comfort, fit, or desired results.
• You will be offered a follow-up appointment within [10 days] of fitting or colour application to address any necessary adjustments or corrections.

3. Dissatisfaction
• If you are dissatisfied with the hair system, extensions, or colour after the fitting or application, we are happy to discuss any concerns. However, the final decision on suitability is based on personal preference, and we cannot be held liable for dissatisfaction with the product or result once fitting or application is complete.

4. Refunds and Exchanges
• As hair systems, extensions, and colour services are bespoke and tailored to your needs, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• We encourage open communication and will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with the product and results. If you experience issues with the fit, style, or colour, please let us know within [14 days] of your fitting or service, so we can explore possible solutions.

5. Maintenance Responsibility
• Proper maintenance is essential for the longevity and performance of your hair system, extensions, and colour.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided for each service, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow these guidelines. Failure to do so may result in reduced quality or durability, for which we are not liable.

6. Allergies and Skin Sensitivity
• While every precaution is taken, there is a small risk of scalp sensitivity, irritation, or allergic reactions to materials used in the hair system, extensions, adhesives, or colouring products.
• It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities during the consultation.
